A bird-eye view of River Isles showing over head tower cranes and Block numbers. Look at the various completion status of all the Blocks.

Block 62 a month ago was at level 9. Today another two complete floors were added. Meaning within a month the contractor is able to put up two additional floors of prefabricated panels, prefabrication, hoisting, strutting, aligned and complete installation.

In the olden days, bakau piles were used as temporary supports for floor slabs. It's labour intensive, time wasted and costly to fabricate. As time passes, frame scaffoldings were used instead. In some HDB sites frame scaffoldings are still being used.

In Punggol especially in condo construction, specially designed, aluminium structures were used. They were prefabricated at site and hoisted up as a complete structure, made to be reused again and again till completion of the project.
