As of today, Singapore had receives 350,000 doses of H1N1 vaccines. Weekly batches will come in till year end and Singapore will be expected to receive one million doses.
If demand exceed supplies, MOH will be ordering more of the vaccines.
At this stage only those 18 and above are allowed to be vaccinated. Once the green light was given by the authority to vaccinate those below 18, more orders are necessary.
So it is wise to go for your vaccination now.

In the United States alone, 22 million Americans had been vaccinated. There are also 3,000 reports of possible minor side-effects such as soreness or swelling from the injection.
The US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ) said, " this is a safe vaccine "

MOH have approved the use of the H1N1 vaccine for youth in the
10 to 18
age group.
Health authorities said they have reviewed the safety of the H1N1 Vaccine and are satisfied that it can be used for children above age 10.
Up to date, no countries are vaccinating their population below the age of 10 years old.
