hi pingu.. we dun really need to wait for 3 mths for the 2nd appt. we went for our 1st one today and our 2nd appt is on 2nd of may. our officer is quite helpful in pushing for us to get the keys asap. even our 1st appt was actually slotted on 16th of apr but he pushed it to today. what we need to do for the 1st appt is to pay for some admin fees and whatnot and then wait for our 2nd appt. so, if u r going to ur 1st appt,pls prepare some cash. it comes to abt sgd300 for us. so roughly u will get some idea b4 u go for yours. good luck

Hi runningman, but how about ur loan? I'm actually still yet to process my loan, still getting all d necessary documents together. Then go find d hdb officer n submit. Did u have to do that?

we actually getting a loan from hdb. they send us  a letter to redo our hle b4 14th marrch. submit everything online. once approved, we can see the result on our hdb website (my hdbpage). even for the 1st appt, they will update on this website just like ours.
