Sorry guys, thought this "Crest" forum is inactive.

I am from block 209C. I had received my approval letter for my loan application on the last day of February 2013.

I am waiting for, I guess, the letter as to when I can collect the keys.

Anyone here has any idea as to when the letter to collect keys will roughly arrive after the approval of loan application had been approved - would like to know the lead time?

oh so mine is later. read the feeds for other development, apparently the collection is roughly about 4-6weeks from than?

Hi Pung Gold & jiA - i am from 209c. From 11/3 till now - my status is "HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course." On the FB group CRESTIANS today another neighbour posted will collect keys on 20/3.

You both might wanna join on FB for more updates !
