So far there are no glass panels for windows and sliding doors.

The multi-storey carpark with the typical roof garden is located at the centre of the estate.

Construction of the carpark is still in progress.

Other structures in between the blocks are the trellus, shelter and the drop-off porch.

Punggol Sapphire is estimated to be completed by end 2011. It's still ten months more to go. Looks like the project can be handed over to HDB sooner than expected.

As usual when the concentration of workers are on the roof, touching up and painting of the exteriors are buzzing with activities.

Although painting is in progress for quite a number of weeks, installation of glass panels for  windows / casements is still not seen / started .

This may be due to the manufacturer / supplier's late delivery of glazing panels or unforseen obstacles.
