If I am not wrong, in the next six to ten weeks time, we should be able to see Blocks 94, 92 and hopefully 90 should be above foundation level. ( probably at level one ) there after each subsequent floor may only take about 3 weeks. ( based on other condo performances in Punggol )

Normally the preparation stage, fencing, building temporary offices, stores and moving of heavy machineries, materials etc will take time. Next piling equipments, fabricating steel cages, boring, concreting of piles etc will take quite a considerable amount of time.

At this stage, with the overhead tower crane erected, two more to go, work should be speeded up soon.

I am curious, do you live nearby in Punggol, how come you have so much updates about projects in Punggol?

12 days later, this is what has been done.....it's pretty fast. The whole basement of block 94 had been levelled, laying of reinforcements in progress, soon concreting will follow...
