For now, I guess we just have to pay for it.

Anyone knows who will be managing and be accountable to the MF for the first 2 years ?  Is it WH ?
Would a 3rd party audit the MF before handing over to MCST ?

Yes, there are so many choices. Just keep in mind, don't buy the most and least expensive ones. Those prices look too good to be true, forget about them. Then you also need to find a third party shipper by sea. Usually it's about $100 per meter cube. Many small items can ship to SG directly.

I had very bad experience with SLP when I purchased the property. Now I hate them so much because $47 per share was proposed by them.

The key collection only after 2 cheques cleared and the 25% purchase price cleared. The latter one need to wait bank to settle the loan, which usually takes more than one week. If u rich enough to settle all by cash, forget about what I said, key collection starting from today.
