Developer's estimated Top Date is December 2016.

At the moment, the air-compressor's protective cardboard covers are still intact, indicating the aircond system has yet to be tested.

Hoists are still anchored to roof-tops indicating touching up work are  still on going.

The pool area, ground landscaping work and other related work are still in progress.

  it may be a little bit too early to talk about TOP. ( my personal estimation )

Launch in July 2012, TOP in Dec 2016, that is extremely very slow.

Look at Jewel at Buangkok, launch 1 year later than PC. But now almost the same progress as PC.

Price is sliding every quarter. The later it TOP, the lesser profit to make.
