any reason behind that this project progresses so slowly.
my friend's house bought later than me, but the building is gong up to 12 floors, while this is still 1st???

  Buyers should not worry about project completion..  Developers are obligated to complete the project within a stipulated time and are goverened by legal contracts.

From my personal experience taking pictures of projects in Punggol from day one to handling over, it's so far so good....

Allow me to share : as regards Blocks reaching several levels high, whereas certain Blocks are still struggling at ground level...Again, probably we can take PRIVE CONDO as an example..

Compare the following three pictures from PRIVE..

Picture 1 Block 35 Tower 7 completed level 6 and proceeding to level 7
Picture 2 Block 31 still struggling just above ground ( difference 3 weeks apart )
Picture 3 ..at time of handling over..all Blocks are ready..

Lets hope for the very best..

Bird-eye view of Parc Centros as viewed from highrise from across Punggol Central....

Looks like most of the Blocks are at 4 storey level above ground... not to mention those forming basement levels..
