The internal compound, the fencing, drainage and clearing of debris is still quite a labour intensive tasks.

The road leading to the complex has yet to be done.

Working hand in hand with the complex is the food and beverages centre, the police post, alteration and additions to the pier, the park connectors are all link to the horse riding complex.

Without all the inter-related facilities up and running, there may be no crowd.
