I wont be very surprised to see snakes in punggol... we still have a very large patch of forest near the beach

well there will be a few snake but most of the time they will be out of sight ....cos food is scare and there it's and place for them hide ....dont worry  smoking I used to stay in black and white house in seletar camp ..and i only saw 3 snake one cobra and 2 baby cobra
