just witnessed one blue honda fit doing some stunts with a kangoo along sengkang east drive towards punggol east.. one young punk in his blue fit cannot wait to go...

in SGP police not need to chase like those seen on TV. Just radio another TP will be waiting in front. Good thing is SGP is small, no where to run, how fast can u go on CTE..
