Actually we have seen such activity on our 6th floor roof-top garden of blk 171*. Saw 2 secondary school goers (the school uniform looks like one of the school in Tampines)..The guy is Malay and the Girl Chinese bonking near the staircase of the roof-top garden in broad daylight...it was visible from our living room..so I made a surprise attack by going down to the 5th floor carpark and using the staircase up to the 6th floor. When I open the door from the staircase to the roof-top..there in full view saw them doing their "thing". Caught them red-handed loh!!!

The girl was 15 and the guy 16... (Statutory Rape!!!)

The guy was apologetic but huh!!! the girl was not at all...The guy had his head low but the girl was staring at me..really no shame at all..
