I am not saying we driver have the right to use the road ....just dont say is always the driver who is at fault .....

ok  pedestrains can use the overheadbridge etc. but drivers pls slow down when you're on the service road. few months ago, an old lady almost got knocked down by a car tt goes too fast, suffered bit of bruise below 166A.

That's the reason for speed limit to be 50km/h in the estate,( Children that just run across the road,or old folk that take a longer time to cross the road.
Do you know that as you get old,your knee start to have more  ???problems,that's why the old folk will seldom use overhead bridge.

It's only a different of a few mins for driver, you could save $800/- for that.
