Yes agreed, fencing look so "thin" and like Lego being completed piece by piece. Compared to those last EC completed in North. Concrete style in one whole piece which looks more exclusive.

If i am not wrong,their tender price and building cost they have calculated for offer to build are low when they awarded this project. Should be the developer cut cost due to all construction materials cost increase on june 2012. mad

The fence doesnt make the value of prive down so dun worry cuz we r goin to TOP loh.. t
