I used to wash the air-con ledge during heavy downpour ever since I stay in Punggol and no complaints from neighbours because they are doing the same thing.

But recently this new neighbour from mainland China making so much noise and said going to sue us for doing so.

Even air-con serviceman told us that during heavy downpour we are able to wash the compressor.
