hi
seen the map of the whole Punggol 21.....seems like this town is going to be highly densely populated.
not sure whether the authorities are taking into consideration the peak hours of the morning when residents driving to work. can you imagine when you start your engine, you are already in the jam from your car lot on the 4th floor at block 106D, sorry a little exaggerating  chitchat.........but you never know......thats the concern.

Not to worry lah. This won't happen on the 4th storey car park. Happening on the ground floor entrance / exit.  Smiley maybe.

So never mind lor, let them install a Gantry and see what will happen ? It may only benefit the " kar long gu nee man. They may dismantled them overnight and sell them as scrape.  Grin Grin Dark, dark, no body see, right ?

Five months ago, residents in Punggol had already felt the " squeeze ". That was the time where many plots of land in Punggol North were left empty, nicely carpeted with a layer of grass. Today what happen ? Building construction and piling activities were everywhere.

Soon thousands of new residents will move in.

The Question .......Are there enough roads in Punggol town connecting directly to expressways ?  Smiley Smiley Hardly you can see road building activities going on. Any layman will know at least you need another expressway linking Punggol Town to Pasir Ris to ease traffic conjestion in future.

What are those planners doing ?  Wink Cheesy Grin Waiting for the sky to fall ??  Huh? Huh?
