these ppl can burnt incense. but not in the expense of others. I recall during hungry ghost festival there are bins have been alocated by town council at the destinated area it quite accessible cos' is within the vicinity but these ppl just refuse to make use of it? these grown up ppl don't have civil mind which quite pissed me off. why don't mixed with others. It a one stop courier service direct shipment no third party involve. the receipient will more than gladly to have such arrangement been make. 101% won't be hijack or report lost.

My dear u need oxygen to burn .....if the lip is close how to burn

the issue here, why they can't burnt with the lid closed? so that the ashes will not fly away and dirty the corridor. Even if dirty at least they have the initiative to sweep after use.
