well that time saw i poor rider
almost lost his balance when he enter a pot hole
lucky he manage to steady himself?

now if accident happen.....who's gonna be responsible?

bingo... thats my concern!!! I remember when PM Lee was doing his rounds in PG b4 th GE,,, the road was actually resurface... after GE.... hahaha... wait long long!!!
