RC and town council always talk. To make an announcement here is better cos there will be people looking at the problem and monitor if the problem had been resolved. Unity = Strength. More people know tat its not resolved, more pressure will be imposed on the action taking party. It will also deter people from choking up the washing bay purposely.

Ya lah..agree agree..but RC members also residents...they cannot be survillence cameras all the time... so we should tackle the root of the problem and call the relevant agency instead of waiting for RC or TC to see our posting..if they don't see how?
