it's automatic one. Once tummy shrink, thighs, shoulder, breast also shrink.

Instead of eating 1 bowl of rice, cut down to 1/2 bowl. Don't try to eat apples 5 times and not eating rice. Since you have health issue, it's best to continue what you currently eat but reduce the quantity day by day.

If our body is lacking of carbohydrate. The proteins, vitamins, minerals will breakdown into Ketones. Ketones is the one cause bad breath, nausea, headache, faint.

Thx for the idea....but dieting will help on the tummy..wat abt the rest..? Cry

dieting and exercise will affect fats on entire body, not just tummy.

however, your genes determines your body shape, so that cannot be changed other than through surgery.
