recently went there to dine,there were many houseflies flying around!!!
wonder the manager knows the problem?

Yeah..  I went there once and encountered those pesky flies too.
There used to be flies in the foodcourt too, but I think it's better now.  Maybe the flies all migrated to KFC now.
