Yes, education is definitely better. They should have a library. The one at Sengkang Compass Point is too crowded, especially on weekends. Then Punggol will have more services to offer us!

Not too sure if this management change mind again. But I heard they are waiting for the approval from Building Association before begin renovations. To get the license need 3 weeks. They shops will start operating 1 Dec.
