base on ur experience with other punggol estates, how long more do you think Topaz residents need to wait to get the keys?

Blocks 258B and 258A as at 31 December 2012 reached level 10th with both 11th level floor slabs concreted. At the same time a few prefab panels were put up with struts.

One month later 28 January 2013, two levels of prefab components were added. Now Block 258B and 258A stands tall at level 12th with floor slab 13th concreted.

Block 258C one level up with 10th floor level slabs concreted.
