Hi Tom,

Thank for the Field Report.  It is indeed refreshing to know that the facilities are up and coming for resident of punggol.

However, no roads leading into these facilities mean that there might be a delay in the operations of these establishment.

Guess we may not be able to see any activities anytime sooner. According to the Master Plan from URA 2008, the road leading from Punggol central seems to be a flyerover. Thus, the onlyway in is only from Punggol Field and walk for the moment.  Unfortunately, now this road leads to no where...

Take a look at the clearing of shrubs and trees around this area. The clearing of obstacles at the entrance of Tebing Lane, Sports Centre temporary structures dotting Serangoon River. For the past week, this plot was buzzing with activities.

About 50 metres away from the food and beverages establishment, a hard court with a spectator's stand is under construction. In fact it is under construction since a month ago.

It is just behind the Riviera LRT Station.
