From my multi storey car park leading to the lift, i need to walk up a flight of steps. Walking up the steps is fine but the problem is the tiles. Many times i have seen people slipped at the tiles during rainy season cos very wet. This is a big problem for old people and pregnant ladies especially. Any one had this kind of experience? stairs is made of 2 kind of material, the centre portion is cemented and the sides r just smooth tiles. Thats y when wet, its extra slippery.

i experienced similar incident before. However, after analysing, I realised it is my slipper that has lousy soles. I used different footwears to pass by that slippery area.

From my carpark to my block, I also need to climb stairs. The stairs were always wet, even when there's no rain. We took pics of the always wet area, sent to Town Council to inform them of the situation and TC responded rather promptly to try to rectify the problem. Not completely solved but I appreciate their action in trying to make that area dry. (some clogged drainage and cracked walls whereby the water will sip thru)
