There is an email reply from Sian Lian that TOP will be on 2nd Quater of 2015.
U may visit 1 of our Facebook page: ATreasure Trove Condo At Punggol.
There are information & photos of the progress of ATT.

Atreasuretrove looks and sound quiet on a Saturday afternoon. Externally, not much activities seen except at the pools and fountain. Internally, some cleaners can be seen wiping the window panels.
