Just to join in the discussion, did anyone see the Waterview by Sim Lian at the junction of Tampines Ave 1 and Ave 10. I took some picture - if ATT looks like this, I will be very disappointed.

sorry did not know how to post picture properly, I think the size is too big. I don't normally write to forum but since I bought ATT and I stay in Tampines and everyday I drive pass waterview, my heart sink whenever I think ATT which is also Sim Lian is going to look like this.

The colour is simply washout and the HDB looks even nicer than this, I am wondering when ATT is done and   if it looks shitty, do we as buyer has recourse to Sim Lian?
