ATM - POSB available at GM foodcourt. UOB ATM is available at punggol plaza, as well as Rivevale mall ( if you walk over the overhead bridge, very near)...

Yeah...what he said about the letter box is true...dun know about the atm...vicinity of blk 63+-64+ also no atm...if can combine both petition together would be good. :-)

I second this .... we need an ATM here..especially when Budget Value only accepts cash.

Yah yah i agree with you...the other time me and Mrs went to budget value to get some grocery..when comes to the counter they say they don't have NETS...i say alamak...We put it back...I only left a few cents in my wallet...

Either that or Budget value needs to get a NETS system going.... if they want business, they need to do it. ATMs may not be the solution. A POSB/DBS ATM's fine but what if one does not have an account with the bank. Back to square one isn't it? Budgte Value needs to solve that issue.
