Friends bought it for my B'day on 28th Nov this year. Seldom use it and look almost as good as NEW. I have upgraded it to the latest version so that the Zen X-fi 2 can play Sudoku and increase touch sensitivity. It has a 1 year warranty from Creative and I still have the original receipt with me.
