Hi Ms, its 15cm (h) x 22cm (w). The thickness when empty is around 5 cm, but can accomodate up to 7 cm. Adjustable strap. Shortest length is about 40 cm, but can punch holes in the strap to shorten/ lengthen if desired. Thanks for your enquiry!
