Part time maid; household cleaning

Hi! I'm keen to but with the recent news on the offences abt hiring illegal part-time maids really put me off. As far as i know part-time maid applies to S'porean or PR, no work permit is allow as they are tie to their official employer's residence address and not suppose to work elsewhere or moonlight.

If yours cleaners are Local or PR i dont mind engaging the services. My requirement wld be
a) sweep or vacuum the entire floor
b) mob the entire floor
c) wipe clean the cupboards, cabinets, TV console, shoe console, shelves, kitchen cabinet etc
d) clean all windows

For items a) & b) will requires only once a week whilst c) & d) once a month. Therefore pls quote how much time require for a) & b) and c) & d) separately. I'm staying in a 4 rooms unit.
