Rooms for Rental

Hi,

My dad has 3 rooms for rental at his walk up apartment in Geylang Lor34.
There is a bus stop just outside his apartment (quite a no. of buses like 51, 40, etc..), Aljunied MRT is 10mins walk and KongHwa Pri school is less than 1km.
All rooms are equipped with air-con and a queen size bed. He is asking for $700/rm/mth.
