I am keen too but I need to know fm u that when u said u use clean water, a pail of clean water for how many cars? I am seeing lot of Ah Nei washing cars using clean water but after 2nd or 3rd cars, water is black and dirty with lot of pebbles, end up car with lot of hair line scratches.

Agreed with sotong ball, such way of washing will make your paintwork blurred.
