In a nutshell…
A. Most cars these days have an air-conditioner filter (cabin filter) that cleans the air that comes through the ventilation system.
B. Air-conditioner filters don’t often get changed by garages, particularly the older cars.
C. Air-conditioner filters lose their efficiency after a while and can block and buckle.
This can:-
- Let in dusty air, often picking up dust from the filter itself (dust re-entrainment)
- Restrict airflow for ventilation and cooling
- Make demisting very slow
- Damage the fan through overwork and dust in bearings
- Make the air smell
A. The activated carbon filters from us are an upgrade from the standard filters as they also catch most outside smell and harmful gases.
B. Everybody deserves better air in their car. Some people, for instance asthmatics, kids and hay fever suffers, really need it!
C. We recommend that you know your carbon filter and change it yourself. Only then can you be certain that it has been done.

Dense layer of carbon grains between 2 layers of paper enhance the odour removal ability.
Able to filter between 99% to 99.98% of particles, 0.15-0.30µm in diameter, under normal working condition.

Are our filters HEPA Grade?
HEPA stands for High-Efficiency Particulate Air filter and refers to a material rated to trap 99.97% of airborne particles 0.3 microns and larger.
Therefore, as you see, our filters are comparable to HEPA filters being able to filter 99% of particles, 0.15 microns and 99.98% of particles, 0.3 microns.
