Hi,
I'm a piano teacher looking for common room in Punggol to rent for teaching during day time, til about 8-9pm on weekdays. Will not be living there nor staying overnite. Will not be around on weekends. Will be using the place about 4 weekdays per week only.
Classes are all one-to-one, so there will not be a group of kids running around at any point in time.
Will use own piano.
Items needed in room: small study table, aircon, curtains.
