Hi all, I stayed at the Periwinkle Block 195 area, 2 days ago (Friday) early in the morning at about 6.40am, I sent my wife to work and saw a ROV officer standing there by his bike near the multi-storey car park exit. Was kinda surprised to see him there, especially since it's so early in the morning.

When I went back at about 7.20am, he was actually still there... I was really curious what his motive was, so I went about cleaning my car interior and occasionally spying on him. Then at about 8am I noticed a tow truck, and under the instructions of the ROV officer, went about towing off a gray Getz... The officer actually took pictures of the interior before it was towed off. My guess is maybe the officer actually went from car to car checking for illegal mods and shortlisted the unfortunate Getz. Therefore waited at the car park for the poor driver to appear.

Nowadays ROV so on one ah... those who have obvious illegal mods on their cars better be extra careful. I was actually contemplating modifying my exhaust... have dumped the idea and decided to spend a little more and do it the legal way instead (TTE)...
