To those who staying in Punggol and are currently non-contract singnet, starhub or M1 bb subscriber and may decide to switch ISP but not sure if the speed is decent ( including myself), this thread may just help us to decide.
Calling all broadband user ( almost all household i guess!) to spare a min to post here ur current ISP, follow the link below to do a speed test and post the result here. Preferably do this in peak hour (7pm to 10pm).
