Heard that Pacnet is riding on SIngNet's backbone so no diff either way

Pac net should be riding on Starhub backbone.
But then as pacnet took up a dedicated area from Starhub, their speed should be better than Starthub due to less users.
My buddy has borrowed a pacnet modem from his friends and tried the download speed. We run 48hours download stuffs and it was very stable and fast compare to SH. The only drawback is that their price is the same as SH and no freebies lor. Undecided Undecided Undecided

the thing is their download capacity especially overseas sites.
If you are just plain surfing, you will not feel the difference or impact..
They said to have increase to 4000 but you won't get the speed one.
