recently switched from singnet adsl 1500 to maxonline express (6000). observations so far
- general speed has increased based on the difference between old and new isp's plan... only logical since from 1500 -> 6000.
- however, peak hour usage is still same, no diff. around 7pm onwards to about 10pm, download speed will drop, online gaming will lag etc etc only surfing is just tolerable.

so to me, both are about same... just opted for starhub to become hubber to save some $... hehe

i see, hv been comparing singnet mio plan and starhub latest promo ( samsung 32 " lcd tv).but paying for maxonline premium ( 12 mpbs) may seems an overkill and also to top up scv plan to meet the requirement for the promo.
