I bought my F&P from Best at Jurong Point. The guy there, Eric, is nice and very knowledgeable. After I bought my machines for a few months, I called him a few times on his handphone to ask about some things about the machines (e.g. the best detergent or softener to use), and he's always polite. He gives good service. I had window-shopped at Best in Takashimaya before and they are quite nice and knowledgeable too.

Fisher & Pykal is indeed a good brand. The model is Intuitive eco IWM12 8.5 kg price is $988. Looking which dealers give better price and allows to trade-in with my SGS Thomson TX728 5kg. Any recommendation?
