Free Antivirus and Antispyware software

Just like to share the current free Antivirus and antiyspyware that I'm using.  For safer surfing and computer security.

AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic (http://www.free-av.com)
Spybot (www.spybot.com) - have to regular manually perform update and immunization though.

Any other better suggestions?

why free anti virus not paid??
reason simple
its free
and works as good if not better than the paid like mcafee or norton
