Will baby diarrhea when teething?

my baby never diarrhea then... maybe baby teething so teeth itchy and likes to put hands and things into mouth hence got "dirty" things in mouth cause diarrhea?

My gal is now 4.5 months old, not sure true or not, some old folks said sometimes when teething will cause baby diarrhea too.

Hi there... as far as my son was concerned, he did not have any diarhoea whe teething. Just ensure that you give enough fluid and let the baby bite on those baby bites; preferably keep it cool.

But just watch out for fever symptoms... they may have slight fever.
