Which Broadband Service you are using?

Hi,

I am checking up which broadband service is most stable in Punggol, I heard some of my friend who staying in Punggol have facing network problem expecially when they surf net during nite time.

Pls give me comment abt :
1) Singtel
2) Starhub
3) M1

Which Telco company u are using? how is their network in Punggol? Stable? Do u face any problem when surfing net? Will it take long time for u to open mail?
