There are two ladies in the barber shop and for kids' haircut, they charge S$7/-.  I do agree both ladies are good with kids and is kind and patient.  If I am not wrong, they are not local.  Hope it helps!

you can try for mobile hairservices where they come to your doorsteps.just got sick and tired of forcing my son to salon. my friend recomended her to me and we have been her regular for 1 year now. shes so patient! now, when my son hair gets long my son will even remind me to make app with her. she cuts for my hubby too. to save the hassel.
