sorry for the late reply though
been bz espeically in the fasting month

anyway
the kid was check into childcare center
what i know is that
she mix around
but just refuse to make any sound

that's what worries my friend Cry

A very close friend of mine has the same problem with her 2nd child. Later she found out her kid has a hearing problem. If your kids has trouble hearing or forming words…seek professional advice.
If you've tried all the general stimulating activities like singing songs, reading interactive story books, playing with her, talking animatedly to her and it's not working..... seek  Speech-Language Therapist help.
