My wife is working flat out 24/7 SAHM. no leave no MC. very very tough

Good for your wife. At least you know that SAHMs is a tough job. Some husbands think we have nothing to do at home with just a baby to look after  Shocked

Me 2 a SAHM and proud to be one. Not everyone can handle a baby thrown into your arms and all his needs to be taken care only by you  Grin
