im in yoga class currently too...
think its really good.. feel less stress and dun get tired so easily anymore.
usually i will go after work.. wkends no time also... need to take care of little angel..

Hi all,

I have tried to asked my friends and neighbours, most of them are unable to make it. Pls help to spread the news to those ppl if u find they might interested, our Yoga class going to start soon on 22/8/06!!!

Sunshineliv, so far, only 3 of us : Sunshineliv, blursotong, fattie bom bom are confirm can make it. If we really unable to get 6 ppls to join us by 17/8/06, we might be need to go for alternative option.

I will post one more topic pertaining to Yoga class at the sports column. Will see how is the response.
