thanks ling. i don't need an agent.. best is the owner don't have agent as well. then we can split the 3% that would have gone to the agents.
i tried a few agents.. one of them in particular that i remember.. asked him to show me high floor.. he showed me 3 flats. one on 3rd floor next to expressway, one on 9th floor. one on 17th floor. and then pushed me to offer for the 17th floor. and told me there are no more 17th floor units available in punggol. totally untrustworthy. dropped him right away.
