I sprained my right knee, both my thumb. Sometime they hurt and sometime they don't. I tried to use those medical plaster but didn't help much other than giving me rash.

Those pains usually have to go for acupuncture. Western doctors will not give any conclusion. Worst still they even ask you to do x-ray here and there. Prescribe don't know what kind of drugs.

You must have faith. Acupuncture 1x is not enough. The most about 6-12 times depends on how fast you recovered.

I had en epidural for labouring my second one about 4 yrs ago. 3 months after the birth, I started to have pain especially the back spinal cord. Especially driving when turning my head left or right, wah....so painful. So I decided to go for acupuncture, my session was 12x (1 1/2 mths). Recovered totally since then....no more pain.

Had problem with epidural. I had some numbness side effects aft childbirth on my lleft eg and it lasted a few months. Scary.

When we have sprains, our veins are out of alignment, so TCM doctors will help to realign the veins, don't think plaster can help much.
